If you are not satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, please contact the Trepanier Online Store within 15 days to arrange its return and a full refund.

If your order was damaged during delivery, please contact us for an exchange at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations
Any order that is cancelled after it has shipped from our warehouse will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, any applicable shipping and handling charges will not be refunded to the customer.
